When in stock, discs are usually dispatched within 24 hours and are sent First Class. Remember postage and packing is completely FREE at Play.com. Out of stock items will be dispatched as soon as they are available. If a title is out of stock it can take between 4 and 21 days for dispatch. Deliveries usually take 3-5 working days.

Searching for items
You can search for a DVD by Title, Director or Actor, using the Search box in the left-hand column. For best results, try keeping your search strings simple.

You can now search for DVDs, CDs or Games from any section of the site; that is, you can search for a music CD even if you are in one of the DVD sections. The Play.com default search category selected changes to reflect which section you are currently in. To search by another criteria, simply choose one from the list in the search drop-down box, enter a keyword, and click on Go.

Browsing for items
You can browse for DVD titles available either by letter (A-Z) or by genre (Action, Adventure, etc). Games can also be browsed by genre. The browse box is also in the left hand column, under the Search box.

Purchasing items
When you find a title you wish to buy click the Add to Cart button to add the title to your shopping cart. The title will be displayed in the Play.com Shopping Cart section (at the top of the left-hand column) together with its price. To delete a title from the shopping cart, click on the x to the left of the title. To pay for the items click on the Checkout button. This will take you to our secure server where, after logging in, you can enter your credit card and delivery details.
